Scheduled from Thursday, September 11th to Saturday, September 13th, 2025, the Alderney Hill Climb & Sprints is a thrilling motorsport event organized by the Guernsey Kart & Motor Club. This annual competition features racing cars and motorcycles vying for the fastest times on some of the Channel Islands’ most challenging road stretches and uphill tracks.
• Thursday: Corblets Sprint
Running from the Hammond Memorial to Corblets Bay, this sprint challenges participants with its straight-line speed demands. Racing takes place from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Friday: Grande Val Speed Event
This segment stretches from Alderney Airport to the top of Tourgis Hill, testing drivers’ skills on a mix of straights and curves. The event runs from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Saturday: Tourgis Hill Climb
A challenging uphill course from Platte Saline to the top of Tourgis Hill, demanding precision and power from participants. Racing occurs from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Spectators can expect a diverse array of vehicles, including 125cc and 250cc karts, motorcycles of various classes, saloon cars, single-seater race cars, and the uniquely powerful sand race cars distinctive to the Channel Islands. These high-performance machines provide an exhilarating experience for motorsport enthusiasts.
